There is a big difference between fitness and dancing. This class SOLELY focuses on muscle building and strength with the use of a pole. Pole Fit is a wonderful full circuit workout and it's FUN! If you are a beginner to pole dancing we recommend taking pole Fit classes to help progress your strength and comfortability.
